For Investors

Invest Together in a Climate-Positive Industry

Satoumi is currently in the pre-seed and pre-incorporation phase.

We are building Satoumi into an international licensing and technology company for sustainable biomass pyrolysis. Our container-based systems deliver industrial-scale processing capacity while remaining fully mobile and independent of the power grid. They transform hard-to-utilize biomass into biochar, bio-oil, and high-quality CO₂ certificates, while permanently sequestering carbon. The technology is under active development and is being prepared for an international PCT patent to secure our global market entry.

Our Funding Approach

We are specifically looking for investors who wish to participate in profits, rather than primarily seeking traditional venture capital that requires equity. While we do not rule out minority equity stakes, our focus is on partnership-based investments that generate returns through profit sharing and licensing fees.

This choice is deliberate: Satoumi is designed for long-term positive impact. Our mission is to unite economic success and ecological benefit over decades—not to maximize short-term gains. By maintaining entrepreneurial control, we ensure that our core purpose—turning today’s challenges into tomorrow’s opportunities—remains at the heart of Satoumi for generations to come.

Of course, profitability is essential; sustainable impact requires solid finances. However, Satoumi is not built for an exit or sale. Instead, we are building a company that will endure and evolve, developing ever more advanced technologies over time. This philosophy is expressed in our slogan:

“For an Abundant Future”—a future where economic growth and ecological benefit reinforce each other.

Licensing Strategy

Our planned PCT-backed licensing model enables rapid international scaling without the need for Satoumi to build large production facilities. We empower partners that already have the infrastructure and distribution channels to deploy our technology and increase their own profits. This creates a true win-win situation: our network expands and the technology spreads quickly, while potential competitors become collaboration partners and customers.

Own Operations

Alongside licensing, we will operate our own container units, generating and marketing CO₂ certificates, biochar, and bio-oil. This provides additional revenue streams and serves as a strategic pillar for long-term growth. Close cooperation with license partners helps us identify market gaps early—gaps we can address ourselves without competing with our partners. We consciously choose collaboration over monopolization, focusing on technologies that achieve the greatest positive impact when widely adopted and shared.

Continuous Innovation

Satoumi sees itself as a research and development company with the capability to bring new technologies to international markets quickly.
We are continually advancing the pyrolysis reactor and step by step adding new innovation fields:

  • Seaweed processing for sustainable biomass

  • Bio-based plastics from alginates

  • Desert greening and soil regeneration

  • Seaweed-derived amino acids as a basis for animal protein

  • Biofuel refined from pyrolysis oil

By combining licensing, own operations, and ongoing innovation, we create the foundation for a globally growing and sustainable economy.

Why Invest Now

  • Dynamic markets: Rising global demand for CO₂ certificates, biochar, and renewable raw materials

  • Global relevance: Applicable from Europe to Southeast Asia in agriculture, circular economy, energy, and chemical industries

  • Climate-positive impact: Every license and every container directly contributes to decarbonization and soil restoration
